PRICES
Prices are subject to market fluctuation and changes in currency exchange rates and can be modified
without prior notice. Taxes and other delivery charges are added separately on the invoice
whenever applicable.
PAYMENT
Payment shall be in advance, or where credit facilities have been granted,
30 days from date of invoice.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All items are quoted "ex stock" and sold subject to the condition that they have not been sold out
prior to the Purchaser's order being processed by the Company.
In case of stock shortage for some of your selected items, the available items of your order will
be sent and the remaining items will follow whenever items are again available in stock.
DELIVERY
Goods are delivered free of charge in Gauteng. For all other areas transportation means and terms
can be agreed upon with the client on his/her own convenience.
CLAIMS
Incomplete delivery or damaged items should be immediately reported and noted
on the delivery note and signed by our representative. A copy of the signed delivery note
is requested in case of claim.
No claims can be allowed when goods have been processed in any way by the Purchaser.
ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY
